The Vessel

In this scenery depicts an 18th century vessel towards the ending of its journey.

The artist wanted the vibrancy and colors of the sky to represent a happy and pleasant emotion, but as we look at the choppiness of the waters, we can see that the ship’s journey wasn’t always easy and pleasant. The waves unfolds as the remaining of what was a storm that this ship withstood and made it through to see this beautiful day.
